In 2020, the Association of Chateau Liteň organized the 9th year of the Jarmila Novotná Festival.

HORN DAYS AND CONCERT WITH RADEK BABORÁK AND HIS GUESTS IN LITEŇ
Due to the current situation, we have decided to CANCEL Horn Days in Liteň, including the concert of Radek Baborák and his guests “French Horn at the Castle”. Thank you for your understanding.

ZUŠ OPEN
On October 3rd, the castle complex in Liteň was opened for the second time to a show of art schools of the Central Bohemian region named “ZUŠ Open”. It offered a rich program in the form of music, dance, theatre, exhibitions and art workshops.

The PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE with TONO STANO
Famous photographer Tono Stano visited the Liteň castle grounds from 18th to 20th September, where he led an experiential photography course entitled “The Figure and the Light”. As the name suggests, the course focused on photographing the figure in different light conditions.

SINGING COURSES IN LITEŇ 2020 and the FINAL CONCERT

Singing courses in Liteň offered on the 22nd-27th August studying vocal and breathing techniques under the guidance of Czech well-known mezzo-soprano Markéta Cukrová and the HAMU teacher, an associate professor Helena Kaupová. Traditionally, there was a final concert of the absolvents, which confirmed that the imaginary bar of Liteň courses is still rising.

The Jarmila Novotná Festival in 2020 was held under the auspices of the Minister of Culture Lubomír Zaorálek and the county representative of the Central Bohemian Region Jaroslava Pokorná Jermanová.
