By purchasing this ticket you agree to be bound by the general conditions for open-air festival visitors:
1) Visitors respect official directives of the Promoter and authorized personnel.
2) Audio or visual recordings of the event and performers are prohibited. Cameras and photography are prohibited without official credentials ( ie press passes, etc.,).
3) The ticket becomes invalid after detachment of stub. Leaving the area / grounds and returning back is possible only with a valid return pass.
4) Damaged or defaced tickets or return passes will not be accepted or replaced.
5) The following items are prohibited from being brought to the event site and may be confiscated: dangerous items, glass, drinks, explosives, weaponry of any type or sort.
6) No dogs, pets or other animals are allowed in the festival area
7) Ticket holders consent to their inclusion in official photographic, film and other visual and audio recording of the event and grant the Promoter the right to use such recordings for promotion and other purposes.
8) If the event is cancelled prior to inception, the Promoter will refund the ticket holder the ticket price on these conditions: The refund must be claimed at place of ticket purchase no later than 30 days after the scheduled concert date. The refund excludes booking fees, accommodation, transportation etc.
If the concert started and was cancelled in part by Act of God, bad weather or for any event outside of the control of the Promoter then ticket refunds are not provided.
9) In case of bad weather the Promoter reserves the right to postpone the beginning of the performance for up to 120 minutes.
10) The Promoter reserves the right to change the program or the date without prior notification.
