Jiří Vejvoda

Originally a translator and later a publicist, writer and moderator became well known mainly thanks to moderating of Conversations from Lány with President Václav Havel. In the 90’s he became director of the International Television Festival Golden Prague, he was also editor of Radio Weekly magazine, and between 2004–2010 he served as director of Czech Radio 2 Prague. He is also well known as a moderator of significant concerts of Czech stars and other festive events. Since 2014 he is a Deputy Chairman and Spokesman of the Czech Radio Council.
